As we expand nationally, Rep-Lite is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business development initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive long-term, scalable revenue growth. This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role with high visibility and direct impact on company performance. Position Summary The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building and managing strategic partnerships that expand Rep-Lite’s market presence. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, recruiting, delivery, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and support sustained revenue growth. This position requires a proven background in professional services sales, strong enterprise-level relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead new business development efforts targeting mid-market and enterprise clients - Identify, prospect, and close new staffing and workforce solutions clients - Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including MSPs, VMS platforms, and complementary service providers - Collaborate with executive leadership on revenue strategy, target markets, and growth initiatives - Expand existing client accounts through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling - Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by providing market insights and workforce solutions expertise - Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting within the CRM - Track and report on performance metrics including revenue, partnerships, and account growth Key Performance Indicators - Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals - Net new client acquisition - Number and performance of strategic partnerships - Growth and retention of assigned accounts - Pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and margin contribution Required Qualifications - 5-7+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions sales - Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level accounts - Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic partnerships - Strong understanding of MSP/VMS environments, staffing delivery models, and compliance requirements - Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Nutshell, and integrations) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling within staffing, recruiting, healthcare, medical devices, or adjacent regulated industries - Background in high-growth or startup environments - Experience building new territories, service lines, or partnership programs Compensation and Benefits - Competitive base salary plus performance-based uncapped commission - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and paid holidays - Fully remote work environment - Professional growth and leadership development opportunities Rep-Lite receives a large volume of resumes for each position and regretfully cannot respond to each application.
