Sign up today (it’s free)! 🔥 WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US - Tons of product-market fit: Our product is loved by users, and we’re growing fast via a PLG motion. - You’ll build from 0 → 1: As our first growth marketer, you’ll define the function, build the foundation, and scale the strategy. - Your impact is immediate: You’ll shape how we position, launch, and grow our product across the funnel. No cogs in the wheel here. - We’re on the leading edge of AI: We embrace the rapidly evolving AI landscape, both in our product development and internal applications. - Remote and async-first: We value deep work and give you the autonomy to own your craft. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate Fathom’s next stage of growth. In this role, you’ll build, test, and scale strategies that drive acquisition, product adoption, and virality. You’ll own growth experiments across community, paid, organic, and product-led funnels -- combining creativity with analytical rigor. You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Finance, Data, and Sales. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, loves blending strategy with execution, and is obsessed with turning ideas into measurable impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Take ownership of our new user acquisition target, driving the strategy across paid marketing, SEO & GEO, and more. - Design, run, and scale growth experiments across the funnel -- from acquisition channels to influencing in-product activation. - Build, collaborate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, partnerships) that drive signups and revenue. Manage agencies to support execution of many campaigns. - Partner with Product and Data to design in-product growth loops, onboarding flows, and conversion journeys. - Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs -- owning dashboards and analysis to surface insights and drive decisions. - Research and test new channels, tactics, and tools to keep us ahead of the curve. - Build scalable playbooks so wins can be repeated and expanded scalably, while aligning with our Finance team on budgeting. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? - You can seamlessly float between strategy and execution. - You’re user centric, yet data obsessed. - You test everything, and also pursue scale. - You move fast, iterate quickly, and learn graciously. - The rate of iteration in AI excites you, and has fundamentally shaped how you approach your work and day. WHO WE THINK WILL THRIVE (AKA Requirements): - 5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG). - Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments that deliver measurable results. - Strong analytical skills -- fluent in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs. - Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (working with WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4, etc.). - Creative and scrappy: you can ideate, launch, and measure campaigns quickly. - Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales. - Bias toward action, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced startup environments. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - The opportunity to shape the foundational software services of a growing company - A role that balances innovation and incremental improvement - A dynamic and collaborative marketing team - Competitive compensation and benefits - A supportive environment that encourages innovation and personal growth ABOUT OUR HIRING PROCESS - You’ll first meet with the VP of Marketing, then several members of the team. We’ll wrap with a very timeboxed exercise. - We’ll ask you to walk us through past growth experiments and outcomes. We’re excited to see how you think, test, and measure impact. - We believe in honest transparency. Ask us anything about the role, company, day-to-day expectations, outcomes, and more. - We move fast: expect a 2–3 week process from start to finish.
