Director, Customer Solutions – Success
Legatics
• Own the end-to-end customer journey for US customers from pre-sales engagement to expansion. • Partner closely with Sales to support late-stage demos with lawyers. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to US law firm workflows. • Identify, cultivate, and support law firm champions pre-sale. • Own onboarding and rollout planning for US customers. • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for different practice areas. • Act as the primary day-to-day owner for US customer relationships post-implementation. • Drive adoption and expansion by identifying new use cases across firms. • Represent Legatics in the US market, attending industry events and networking opportunities. • Maintain deep knowledge of the product roadmap and collaborate with Product Marketing.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a large US law firm (as an attorney, paralegal, knowledge manager, legal innovation professional, or similar).
- Strong understanding of transactional legal workflows and law firm dynamics.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with experience influencing adoption, retention, or expansion outcomes.
- Comfortable operating independently and owning outcomes in a growing market.
- Nice to Have: Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to pre-sales, onboarding, or customer success in a vendor environment.
- Nice to Have: Experience collaborating closely with sales teams on complex accounts.

Role Description Right now, we need a Director of National Accounts for Albertsons to lead our business partnership with one of the World’s largest retailers. This person will need to reside in one of Albertsons major markets: Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Portland, OR. This person will be responsible for leading & developing a team of National Account Managers & Analysts. The team will work cross functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Consumer/Category Insights, Finance, and Operations teams to add value, develop our partnership with Albertsons & maintain our partnerships with key distributors.
