Global Client Director

Elite Technology

• Build and sustain executive-level relationships across global client organizations, serving as the primary contact and strategic advisor to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Develop and execute comprehensive global account plans that align client goals with Elite’s offerings, driving expansion, renewals, and successful cloud migrations. • Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets by identifying new opportunities, managing complex deal cycles, and delivering high-value proposals to C-suite and senior stakeholders. • Maintain deep knowledge of Elite’s product portfolio, client industries, and emerging technologies to effectively position solutions that advance client performance. • Partner closely with marketing, customer success, product, and solution consulting teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions and ensure seamless client experiences. • Leverage data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor performance, forecast revenue, analyze trends, and guide strategic decisions for sustainable growth. • Represent Elite at client sites, industry events, and executive meetings to strengthen partnerships, secure renewals, and support global business objectives. • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modelling and persuasive quantitative techniques.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios and achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and accountability.
  • Ability to travel up >50% as business needs require.
  • Role requires the following physical capacity: Moderate: 20–50 lbs – frequent lifting, bending, or standing.
