Position Overview Emerging Tech is seeking a Dashboard Analytics Developer to support data-driven initiatives within a federal healthcare environment. This role focuses on developing dashboards, managing data integrations, and delivering actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex data sources, building user-friendly visualizations, and supporting analytics in large-scale IT or healthcare programs. Key Responsibilities - Provide support for dashboard development and analytics needs, including deployment of requested metric capture lists - Maintain data connections across internal and external data sources - Develop and update forms and program workflows to support data collection and reporting - Design wireframes and clickable prototypes for dashboards and user interfaces - Visualize data from multiple sources in clear, user-friendly formats - Create logical drill-down capabilities and intuitive user interfaces - Analyze and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability - Support project management activities, including tracking status, timelines, and deliverables - Collaborate with senior leadership to define metrics, measures, and reporting needs Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of professional work experience - Knowledge of appropriate data sources for monitoring, analysis, modeling, and reporting - Experience with scientific research, technical writing, and editing for both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to proofread and produce deliverables aligned with government standards - Experience working in a structured, team-oriented environment under supervision - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical/clinical field - Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
