Account Supervisor, Field Marketing
TMA (The Marketing Arm)
• Oversee all executional aspects of program development: strategy, creative development, production, budgeting, and measurement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Lead client presentations, meetings, and training sessions with clarity and professionalism. • Communicate effectively and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams. • Translate client feedback into well-informed strategic and tactical direction. • Contribute thought leadership and strategic recommendations that support client goals. • Solve problems proactively with effective, efficient solutions. • Assess and improve agency workflows and processes for better outcomes. • Manage day-to-day client communications, campaign tracking, and budget reporting.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within a marketing/advertising agency.
- Military client experience or personal military background is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Integrated Agency Teams (IATs) and interagency collaboration is a plus.
- Experience in both traditional and digital media channels is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.
- Self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and ability to lead with minimal direction.
- High level of comfort working with creative processes and production timelines.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Expert in managing budgets and finding cost-effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of management and client stakeholders.
- Energetic, optimistic, and team oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

• Customer Support/ Retention Activities • Maintains and regularly updates customer program details and deliverables • Performs sales activities and follow ups: - Product loads - Sample management – ordering client approval and delivery to photography - Merchandising and sourcing support - Negative Available-to-Promise (ATP) weekly review • Interacts with Purchasing and Production to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment • Evaluates information and customer feedback to determine feasibility of adding or eliminating products. • Interacts regularly with outside contacts and conducts site appointments in support of national efforts • Assists in planning and execute program awareness activities • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
