Job Overview: MES Architect/Lead BA is a crucial bridge bridge between high-level business planning (ERP) and shop floor execution (PLCs/SCADA), designing a robust, scalable digital framework that enables real-time visibility,, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Lead the process of evaluation and selection of the MES vendor based on functionality, business fit, security and compliance, total cost of ownership, integration and scalability - Partnering with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to analyze business needs and design a scalable and secure system architectures. - Translating business requirements into functional and technical design/specifications. - Configure, test, and deploy MES software to optimize production/quality processes from raw materials to finished goods Analysis of the SCADA data to map it to MES data structure - Design and implement integration between the MES, ERP and other quality systems. - Define the MES architectural vision and roadmap to align with corporate manufacturing strategies, customer needs and digitalization goals - Establish and enforce MES-specific standards, governance frameworks, data modeling, and best practices globally. - Co- leads COE for OT/MES - Manage daily operational support, troubleshoot system errors, and resolve incidents to minimize production downtime. *Can be remote, but will require frequent travel to manufacturing sites *M&S Consulting proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
