Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience at a high-growth startup, or scrappy team at a larger company
- You’re eager to jump in and serve as the primary data thought partner for a cross-functional team working on a novel and quickly evolving problem space
- You’re excited about providing “full-stack” data support covering metric & data model design, exploratory analysis, testing & experimentation, and predictive modeling
- You’re fluent in SQL, and have substantial professional experience with Python or R
- You’ve built key metrics, reporting, and models from scratch for a product or business domain
- You’ve leveraged A/B testing or causal inference methods to help teams identify and target their most effective levers

The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Data Product team is responsible for developing and evolving the core data asset that powers Komodo Health’s application suite, our Healthcare Map. Serving as the foundation of the company’s offerings, the team transforms complex healthcare data into scalable, high-quality products that enable meaningful insights for life sciences and healthcare stakeholders. The Data Principal acts as the primary evangelist of Komodo’s data, partnering directly with our highest-value customers to accelerate their adoption of our products and realize value from them in their existing workflows. Key responsibilities include empowering users using our data, enabling advanced analytic use cases and designing solutions to address emerging business questions. As a key voice of the customer, the Data Principal will also synthesize market feedback and unmet needs back to internal teams to inform ongoing product development and strategy. **This is an individual contributor role. Position Summary The 340B Analytics team is seeking a Sr. Data Science Analyst to support CVS’s 340B operations. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven insights that inform strategic initiatives. You will leverage predictive modeling, pharmacy claims analysis, and large language models (LLMs) to identify opportunities for revenue growth, client acquisition and retention, operational optimization, and cost savings. Primary Responsibilities: - Design and implement predictive models to forecast CE performance, customer behavior, and business outcomes. - Apply AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate insights generation, enhance reporting, and support strategic initiatives. - Own the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across business, marketing, and finance to ensure analytics solutions are accurate, timely, and actionable. - Analyze pharmacy claims and market data to identify root causes of performance issues and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and build automation workflows using Dataiku, Alteryx, Python, or R. - Conduct market research and trend analysis to assess the size, dynamics, and competitive landscape of the 340B market. - Continuously explore and implement innovative tools and methodologies to improve analytic capabilities and drive business impact.
