Role Description The Associate Director, Site Direct & Programmatic Media will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing Moroch Digital Solutions’ direct-IO and self-serve media practices. This role is responsible for shaping the channel strategy and execution of digital media campaigns to ensure best-in-class performance and activation across their assigned accounts. This position is designed for a well-rounded digital media leader who thrives in a hybrid environment and is comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on expertise. The Associate Director will interface with junior-to-senior level internal teams and client stakeholders, translating business objectives into integrated media strategies while ensuring operational excellence across both site direct and programmatic practices. In addition to campaign leadership, this role is responsible for team leadership, mentoring team members, improving processes, and contributing to the advancement of both media practices through innovation, automation, and thoughtful application of AI and ad technology. Partners and works collaboratively with multiple areas including Executive leaders, executive HR Business partners, Finance, and legal. This position requires the ability to develop effective solutions to confidential and complex issues within an increasingly financially challenging environment and to facilitate consensus among stakeholders. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Responsibilities - Directs administration of physician and APP compensation models. - Manages the technical and professional service resources used by the Department. - Directs Quality Assurance, Fair Market Value and commercial reasonableness testing of physician and APP compensation models. - Manages the Physician and APP contracting processes including ongoing collaboration with recruitment team, HP, legal and compliance. - Provides project management leadership for change management efforts in all areas of the Department. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $161,491.00 - $232,378.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
