Job Requirements
- 2-3 years Trade Marketing or Regional Marketing experience on a large Beer or Spirits brand
- Proven ability to drive community growth through creative, culturally relevant strategies
- Strong creative instincts for tone, voice, and authentic participation in online culture
- Hands on experience managing influencers and creators with measurable results
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross functionally
- Solid knowledge of beer and brewing industry; familiar with NBB products and culture
- Public speaking skills
- Efficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- General regulatory knowledge of events and promotions
