Drives execution of high-impact initiatives across MyAdvice’s data, analytics, and risk mitigation research programs. Serves as a hybrid Project Manager and Product Owner, managing the backlog for research, analytics, and content development teams. Translates strategic goals into actionable workstreams, ensuring alignment between business priorities and development execution. Champions agile delivery, measurable business value, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams. Promotes responsible and innovative use of AI and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality of project deliverables.This role partners closely with the MyAdvice product teams to ensure cross-team deliverables are strategically aligned.Specific Duties • Serve as Product Owner for research, analytics, and content development teams, managing team backlogs and aligning priorities with business strategy and product roadmaps. • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, delivery targets, and success metrics. • Partner closely with MyAdvice product teams to ensure cross-team deliverables are strategically aligned. • Translate strategic initiatives into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear business impact. • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, set iteration goals, and manage inter- team dependencies. • Represent customer and business perspectives throughout sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Manage complex, cross-functional projects across data, analytics, and research teams, driving scope, milestones, and outcomes. • Oversee project execution using SAFe/Agile principles and structured project management discipline. • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives aligned with the MyAdvice roadmap. • Track KPIs, dependencies, and risks; communicate status to leadership and proactively address blockers. • Manage vendor deliverables. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or related field. • 5–10 years of experience in project or product management, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or data-driven organizations. • Proven success as a SAFe Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master. • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. • Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers to execute complex product and data initiatives. • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on results and stakeholder alignment. • Proficiency in project and agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar). • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, SAFe PO/PM, or CSPO certification preferred. • Familiarity with healthcare data, analytics platforms, or compliance environments a plus.
