Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS Analytics, Data Science, or similar) preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in analytics, data science, BI, or insights functions; experience in healthcare, insurance, or risk management preferred
  • Strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and integrate internal and external data for strategic use
