Opportunity At Twin, our Clinical Delivery Services & Management team ensures clinicians are fully licensed and credentialed so our members receive seamless, high-quality care. As a Senior Coordinator, Provider Licensing & Credentialing, you will play a key role in managing licensure, health plan credentialing, and compliance processes across multiple states, helping our clinical teams focus on delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities - Oversee the full lifecycle of provider licenses across all states and DC, including initial applications, renewals, and continuing medical education tracking. Ensure timely submissions to prevent gaps or delays. - Lead credentialing and re-credentialing processes with multiple health plans. Collect and verify provider documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and liaise with health plans to resolve issues efficiently. - Maintain awareness of evolving state and federal licensing and credentialing regulations. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure organizational adherence to standards. Conduct audits and track key compliance metrics. - Partner with clinical leadership, operations, and external agencies to facilitate onboarding, licensing strategy, legal, compliance, and provider support. Serve as a primary point of contact for providers regarding licensing and credentialing questions. - Track and report on license and credentialing status, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement operational solutions to improve efficiency and scalability across jurisdictions. - Contribute to strategic projects such as regional expansion, telemedicine growth, and system optimization. Help lay the foundation for a future transition of licensing operations in-house.
