Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Senior Full Stack Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - 5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences - Experience building Cloud based applications, ETLs Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree - Agile experience - Data engineering focus is a plus Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. Role Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own key components of the Cycles Pay service stack, including backend, web-app, mobile app, and integrations with on-chain protocols. Cycles Pay aims to revolutionize how people and businesses interact with money, clearing, and payments, and we’re looking for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility for the application stack that will deliver that revolution. The ideal candidates will have a passion for applications that delight users, will know how to balance high-velocity delivery to satisfy business needs against the need for clean, well-tested, and reliable code, and will have strong interests in FinTech, digital banking, accounting, and/or crypto. • Developing software for an advanced synthetic training environment. • This software is integrated into flight simulators to support pilot training against potential threats. • One will support software development, software integration, customer training and demonstrations, to also include: Demonstrating a knowledge of standard programming algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented software design. • Evaluating and reviewing C++ language code. • Programming using C++, C, Python 3. • Developing parallel processes, threading, and process communication. • Utilizing Git for daily code management, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts within a collaborative development environment. • Collaborating with team members to design future enhancements.
