Role Description As Solutions Lead, you help shape the product, carry the technical conversation on customer calls, stay close to firms through pilot, and run parts of deals yourself. - Run the account from onboarding through pilot, handling integrations and unblocking issues for buyers and users. - Support BD and partnerships, working with the exec team on strategy and carrying the technical and operational conversation on calls with heads of ops, middle office, risk, and treasury. - Help tighten how we pitch to the ops side of these firms. - Shape the Product, working directly with engineering and leadership on what we build next. - Take counterparty feedback and turn it into real requirements. - Catch issues before they go out if something we are shipping will not hold up in a live ops workflow. Qualifications - Five to ten years of experience, with at least a few in trade operations, middle office, or settlement ops at a crypto trading firm, OTC desk, market maker, prime broker, exchange, or TradFi institution. - Hands-on experience with the settlement stack trading firms actually use. - Understanding of crypto market structure across centralized venues, OTC, and on-chain settlement. - Ability to hold your own on a call with a head of ops or a risk lead. - High agency; ability to see what matters and take action. Requirements - Knowledge of post trade: settlement, reconciliation, collateral, counterparty risk, treasury. - Experience with tools like Fireblocks, ClearLoop, BitGo Go Network, CUBIX, or similar on the crypto side. - Experience with tri-party, prime brokerage platforms, or CCP workflows on the TradFi side. - Familiarity with post trade and OEMS tools like Talos is a plus. Role Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own key components of the Cycles Pay service stack, including backend, web-app, mobile app, and integrations with on-chain protocols. Cycles Pay aims to revolutionize how people and businesses interact with money, clearing, and payments, and we’re looking for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility for the application stack that will deliver that revolution. The ideal candidates will have a passion for applications that delight users, will know how to balance high-velocity delivery to satisfy business needs against the need for clean, well-tested, and reliable code, and will have strong interests in FinTech, digital banking, accounting, and/or crypto. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create reliable and functional applications, directly contributing to the success of these products and the broader Cycles ecosystem. - Develop and maintain reliable and functional backend (Typescript/Go), web-app (React), and mobile-app (React Native) components of the Cycles Pay application - Translate product designs into implementation - Collaborate with product design and other engineers to integrate and ensure smooth functionality across the stack. - Continuously optimize application components for speed, reliability, and scalability. - Contribute to prototyping and development of new features across multiple products built upon the Cycles protocol. - Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure quality, reliability, and security of codebases. - Work with designers and product managers to ensure products align with user needs and the Cycles vision. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Typescript and Go - Experience building applications with web and mobile UIs - Experience with responsive, mobile-first applications, ideally using React Native and Expo. - Strong understanding backend architecture and performant application design - Passion for delivering results to delight users - Exposure to FinTech, digital banking, accounting software, and/or crypto. - A passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and functional interfaces. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environments.
