• Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional and technical consultants responsible for ERP implementations, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and continuous learning • Ensure consistent, high-quality implementations that drive customer adoption and measurable business outcomes • Serve as an escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, helping resolve delivery challenges and maintaining strong customer relationships • Drive team performance against key Professional Services metrics (e.g., utilization, realization, backlog, revenue, margins, CSAT) • Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce implementation timelines, and improve overall customer experience • Oversee scoping, estimating, and staffing for implementations, ensuring the right resources are assigned to projects and that delivery commitments align with team capacity and business goals • Support both fixed-fee and time-and-materials (T&M) engagements while maintaining predictable delivery and strong financial performance • Continuously improve service delivery processes to reduce time-to-value (TTV), improve customer satisfaction, and increase implementation efficiency • Identify opportunities to leverage industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities to improve consulting productivity and delivery outcomes • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery and ultimately long-term customer adoption and success
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience within B2B software
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Professional Services metrics such as utilization, realization, margin, backlog, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Experience managing complex software implementation projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence, sometimes without direct authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
