Technical Business Analyst, Core Platform
NBA
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Translate product needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Create and maintain technical tickets to ensure scope clarity and delivery alignment • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope backend and client-side initiatives • Assess feasibility, dependencies, and implementation approach • Coordinate with internal and upstream teams to establish and maintain data contracts, APIs, and platform integrations • Manage configuration files to enable scalable platform changes • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure a clear understanding of feature functionality and technical implementation • support the development of test plans • Participate in testing to validate quality and platform stability • Lead backlog refinement to ensure tickets are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with sprint and Program Increment (PI) goals • Track capacity, velocity, and delivery progress • Help remove impediments • Coordinate release planning and execution • Manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies • Serve as a liaison across Product, Engineering, QA, and partner teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams
- Experience developing and managing requirements roadmaps across multiple workstreams
- Experience collaborating effectively across Product, Engineering, QA, and other partner teams
- Hands-on experience using modern project management and planning methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Experience working with mobile and connected device development, including AVOD, TVOD, and SVOD platforms
- Relevant experience within the sports media or digital entertainment industry

Position in this function is responsible for building and maintaining Epic Medication (eRx) Records. Works closely with operational partners to implement requested changes. Identify opportunities for workflow and application maintenance improvements. Responsible for representing Epic Willow team in projects and collaborating across applications teams. Leads Willow driven projects and collaborates with operational subject matter experts and application team members. Follows Change Management protocols including adhering to build standards, testing and quality assurance practices and technical documentation requirements. Will provide non-prime call support. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
