Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our Sales Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in supporting key sales processes and tools while contributing to the success of a dynamic team. - Sales Reporting: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to create insightful reports and dashboards for leadership. - Sales Proposal Automation: Support the implementation and maintenance of tools that streamline the proposal process, ensuring efficiency and consistency. - Presentation Production: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design visually appealing presentations that communicate strategic insights and value propositions effectively. - SharePoint Management: Manage and update SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible for the sales team. - Database Cleanup & Data Standards: Assist in analyzing and cleaning existing data to improve accuracy and consistency, and help document standardized data-entry guidelines (user-guide style) to support consistent use of company systems going forward.
