Role Description The Data Analyst, for the Digital Ad Sales Operations team will be responsible for creating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing automated and ad-hoc solutions to help with reporting and analytical needs. This role will work cross functionally to support the Inventory Team, Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and more. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel, utilizing advanced formulas and functions to support data analysis and reporting. - Troubleshoot and resolve reporting errors and data discrepancies within client-facing dashboards. - Manage and maintain Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, to support reporting and analytics needs. - Maintain and enhance the existing Python codebase to support reporting, automation, and data workflows. - Automate custom reports for stakeholders using Python to improve efficiency and scalability. - Develop additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis and support evolving business needs as required. - Develop and maintain clear documentation and SOPs to support consistent data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 1+ years of experience in a data focused role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Advanced Excel formulas (INDEX & MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER). - Experience using Python to transform and join complex datasets. - Hands-on experience developing Bash scripts and scheduling cron jobs to automate recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights. Desired Characteristics - Ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively implement effective solutions. - Experience with ad tech platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, and Operative One is a plus. - Ability to write code with reusability, scalability, and long-term value in mind. - Ability to translate technical problems and solutions into clear, audience-appropriate explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently across teams. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently. • Responsible for the identification, abstraction, and entry of trauma-specific variables for all identified trauma patients. • Review and analyze the medical record for pre-hospital information, injuries, and inpatient procedures. • Code injuries and procedures utilizing the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) and ICD-10 CM and PCS coding system. • Assist with generating trauma registry reports and maintaining documentation within trauma registry summaries. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of trauma data to required registry softwares and state/national databanks. • Contribute to data validation efforts and performance improvement initiatives. • Attend educational programs, training sessions, and conferences relating to trauma data collection.

• Support Laboratory Services as a member of the Clinical Shared Services analytics team. • Act in a senior capacity, contributing to strategic initiatives, clinical standards, and operational goals. • Collaborate with business and clinical leaders. • Ensure data applications are maintained, monitored, promoted, and used effectively. • Work Monday-Friday during regular business hours. • Provide advanced support for management level leadership. • Develop a deep understanding of customer data and operations. • Fulfill complex customer requests through data exploration and report development. • Lead analytic work demonstrations and hands-on training for customers.

This role ensures that inbound and outbound files are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule, while investigating and resolving file transmission issues as they arise. Including but not limited to meetings, calendar of activities, interfaces and audit - Enhancing of existing system requirements based on new/changing business requirements. Requirements - Have Bachelor in business administration / computer science or related field - Possess Knowledge in SQL language and high attention to detail and accuracy. - Able to perform audits to high volume of data. Able to learn and apply new skills. - Possess Verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish) - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Possess MS Excel and Word skills.
