Scratch Financial
• Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement automated and ad-hoc solutions for reporting and analytical needs • Work cross functionally to support Inventory Team, Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and more • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel, utilizing advanced formulas and functions to support data analysis and reporting • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting errors and data discrepancies within client-facing dashboards • Manage and maintain Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, to support reporting and analytics needs • Maintain and enhance the existing Python codebase to support reporting, automation, and data workflows • Automate custom reports for stakeholders using Python to improve efficiency and scalability • Develop additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis and support evolving business needs as required • Develop and maintain clear documentation and SOPs to support consistent data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a data focused role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Advanced Excel formulas (INDEX & MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER)
- Experience using Python to transform and join complex datasets
- Hands-on experience developing Bash scripts and scheduling cron jobs to automate recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights

Department: 13559 Enterprise Revenue Cycle - HIM Ops Data Integrity & Identity Management Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 8-5 Pay Range $30.70 - $46.05 Major Responsibilities: Monitors various assigned identity and data integrity work queues and utilizes multiple software applications to investigate errors or corrections needed to ensure complete medical record integrity following appropriate guidelines and policy and procedures. Evaluate and maintain the integrity of the electronic medical record. Utilizing multiple software applications including Epic, third-party verification systems and tools, and legacy systems to investigate and resolve complex data issues including, patient merges, patient data loads, Service Now tickets, emails. Ability to prioritize requests in appropriate order of importance or need. Supports patient safety and clinical staff by performing in-house merging of duplicate medical records as requested per policy and procedure. Supports patient creation and updating demographic information for existing patients within the Epic system by reviewing patient-matching criteria from the source system to validate information filing is accurate and complete.
