Regional Sales Manager – Corporate Gifts

• Evaluate, plan, and work strategically to manage activities involved to market and sell Maui Jim and Zeal products to meet West Region corporate gift sales plan • Manage all West Region based accounts associated with incentive, group, and reward/recognition sales • Build relationships to prospect new opportunities, support long-term partnerships, and maximize revenue opportunities • Grow premium/incentive sales by exposing MJ product to those who have in-house incentive programs, third-party service providers, and to Incentive Catalog producers • Develop strong relationships and work with independent premium incentive sales teams to foster premium business in the West US Market • Select clients for marketing and business development activations that present the greatest sales potential • Lead strategy to engage and convert • Develop leads by networking, cold-calling, and attending premium incentive trade shows/Fams • Prompt and effective lead follow up, proposal generation, and event information turn-over • Project a professional image to all classes of accounts while enforcing services and policies • Collaborate with Strategic Partners and their sales teams to make presentations to new and existing accounts • Attend Industry-related events/tradeshows/FAMS

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the Incentive/hotel/cruise market
  • Strong knowledge of the premium/incentive industry and event experience
  • Currently working in the West US Market and has experience with the business environment, customers, and corporate culture in this area
  • SalesForce.com experience
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Enthusiastic Aloha Spirit
  • Overnight travel – 50 - 60% minimum
  • Ability to use a PC
  • Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings
