Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years' experience in a sales role, selling in the ServiceNow ecosystem. - 5+ years of experience in a consulting and implementation services firm. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. • Develop and execute a territory plan covering commercial businesses and public sector organizations (central & state govt, PSUs, semi-govt entities) to meet or exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets. • Prospect for new customers—both commercial and public sector. Identify decision makers, build networks, relationships, engage in lobbying / consultative selling especially in public sector. • Manage existing account portfolio: upsell, cross-sell, ensure renewal, drive expansion of usage. • Understand customer business, regulatory/ security requirements, data-protection and compliance constraints.
