Senior Operations Manager
Aduro Advisors
• Proactively manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones. • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the executive team. • Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports. • Arrange domestic and occasional international travel logistics. • Provide flexible, as-needed support for high-priority executive projects. • Lead all logistical planning for Board of Directors and committee meetings. • Lead the planning and execution of key company events. • Directly manage and provide oversight to the onsite Operations Manager. • Manage the operational budget for the Denver and Princeton offices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, with demonstrated experience managing direct reports or operational oversight.
- Proven experience in corporate event planning is required.
- Ability to work a full-time, remote schedule, with flexibility to accommodate meetings across time zones.
- Requires periodic travel to the Denver office and event locations.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop an administrative or operations professional, utilizing a low-touch management style.
- Exceptional project management and logistics skills, particularly in vendor management, event coordination, and administrative oversight.
- Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
