Supervisor – Warehouse Operations
Clearwave Fiber
• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control. • Ensure accurate receipt, secure storage, and timely dispatch of materials to internal customers and field locations. • Maintain inventory accuracy in accordance with SOPs and cycle count guidelines. • Oversee customer premise equipment recovery, testing, repair, and redeployment. • Manage RMA processes including shipping, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory verification. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; champion warehouse optimization and safety standards. • Schedule warehouse staff appropriately to meet operational demand. • Set performance expectations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements. • Train, onboard, and cross-train warehouse employees. • Deliver performance feedback, coaching, and formal performance reviews. • Support fleet operations including asset tracking, coordination, and compliance oversight. • Open, track, and manage facilities-related projects, ensuring milestones and forecasted dates are met. • Review daily reporting to confirm accuracy and project progression. • Identify risks and partner with Facilities and Project Managers to mitigate impacts to timelines or budgets. • Create and deliver operational, inventory, and project reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience supervising warehouse operations and leading hourly staff.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with big-picture operational awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project management tools.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work extended hours and occasional weekends with short notice.
- OSHA Forklift Trainer Certification (or ability to obtain).
