Industrial Engineer – Operations Optimization, Integration

Semiconductor Insight

• Develop and optimize manufacturing plant layouts to support efficient material flow, safety, scalability, automation and long term operational strategy. • Design, analyze, and refine production workflows to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance process reliability. • Plan and execute the movement of production lines, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal disruption, and alignment with business objectives. • Support consolidation initiatives by evaluating capacity, capability, and cost considerations to recommend optimal configurations across facilities. • Integrate operations from newly acquired companies, harmonizing processes, standards, and performance expectations across the network. • Document processes, layouts, and workflows to support audits and certification activities. • Conduct value stream mapping activities to identify improvement opportunities and guide cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes. • Promote lean manufacturing principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with multi site or integration exposure.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies, facility layout tools, workflow analysis and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
