Director, Business Development

Trackman

• Deeply understand youth customer segment needs to create overarching Amateur Diamond Sports strategy, drive support through organization and execute successfully • Navigate fast-moving youth baseball/softball landscape, identify good entry points for TMDS and drive commercialization efforts • Develop both B2B and B2C commercialization strategies to meet the needs of the different customers within this market • Understand Trackman product portfolio deeply to provide customers best solutions • Build strong networks across customer segments, including building relationships with tournament operators, facility management companies, key travel ball clubs, etc. • Negotiate various customer deals ranging in size and complexity • Create and review customer contracts in collaboration with TMDS leadership and Legal • Help identify and drive partnerships that further TMDS’s position in customer segment • Collaborate with other TMDS departments to ensure success with this customer segment • Provide feedback to TMDS Product team to help develop winning development road map • Contribute to TMDS leadership team and department strategy • Develop processes that help improve efficiency and make decisions faster • Travel as needed to company events, customer and industry conferences

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 6+ years’ work experience sought from related backgrounds, including sales, account management, business development, etc.
  • Strong baseball/softball knowledge passion
  • Existing network across youth baseball/softball
  • Good experience with B2C Sales and/or Marketing
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
