Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in rubber, composites, polymers, or related materials industries
  • Strong distributor experience, either working for a distributor or in a role that extensively supports and partners with distribution
  • Experience working with application engineering, sales teams, and channel partners
  • Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable market and application guidance
  • Proven experience supporting new product introductions and market development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to and occasionally exceeding 50%) across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
