FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days Position Summary The Manager of Patient Financial Services is responsible for daily operations of an assigned segment of the department to ensure accurate, timely and compliant billing, follow-up, denial management, and collections or account resolution, always focusing on the patient’s experience. This position requires intense coordination with facilities or clinic sites and supporting vendors. Work situations require management and supervision of billing, collection, accounts receivable, and/or other staff; knowledge of accounting and reporting practices; development of policies and procedures related to the billing and collection process, and establishing and maintaining client linkages and service parameters. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. Requirements - BA or BS required, four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
