The Director of Development owns the strategy and execution of one or more high-performing software delivery teams. This position is responsible for driving growth in both new machinery sales and aftermarket (parts, service, and upgrades) revenue. The Regional Sales Director manages a regional sales team, aftermarket specialists, and service support personnel to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. About the role: The Director of Software Quality is a senior engineering leader responsible for the strategy, execution, and organizational health of the software quality function at CRIO. This is a transformational leadership role where you will define and execute a truly holistic quality strategy that will have a real impact on patient outcomes and accelerate company growth. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role directly manages the test automation team and serves as the primary owner of automated quality across the platform. The Director will oversee an active engagement with an external test automation vendor, partner with application engineering teams on coverage strategy, and collaborate with the Director of Quality (manual QA) as a peer. This role is expected to expand in scope over time to encompass the broader quality organization.
