Oversee the full SDLC, proactively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery performance. Track and improve delivery health across accounts through KPIs, capacity planning, budget oversight, and service metrics. Identify opportunities for account growth by evolving technical solutions and building long-term client trust. Requirements 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, solutions architecture. Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and governing cloud-based solutions (AWS and/or Azure). Strong expertise in modern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and scalable distributed systems. Hands-on technical background with at least one core technology stack such (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar). Proven experience leading and enabling distributed engineering teams in complex delivery environments. Strong client-facing presence, with experience engaging senior technical stakeholders and executive counterparts. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Experience working with data platforms, data governance frameworks, or Generative AI solutions. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security principles.
