• Ensures efficient and effective automation of software testing and development processes • Designs and develops complex automated solutions, frameworks, and scripts • Implements and maintains automation tools and technologies • Identifies opportunities for automation within software development, infrastructure, and operations workflows • Communicates with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements • Conducts routine tests and validation of automated workflows and scripts • Debugs automation issues, providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures • Analyzes complex automated processes and test results • Trains and supports team members in the use of automation tools and frameworks • Collaborates with stakeholders to define and document automation requirements, specifications, and test plans
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years work experience setting up automated testing
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) preferred
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

About the role As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will apply advanced expertise in automated testing frameworks, tools, and practices to build and maintain high-quality automated test suites and scalable automation environments. Working independently as an individual contributor, you will partner with business and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. You will also help guide Test Engineers and Software Engineers in effective automation strategies, standards, and tooling.
