Technical & Business Alignment: - Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure business needs are translated into technical specifications, so that project deliverables meet both functional and technical standards. - Oversee quality assurance activities, testing, deployment planning, and the development of production support plans for smooth post-project transitions.
