Role Description We’re hiring a Summer Intern: People Analytics and Systems to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. We are searching for a student intern to join the People Data, Compensation and HRIS team remotely. - Support analysts in planning timelines, managing workflows, and handling correspondence related to ongoing projects. - Learn about various data analytics tools and systems through hands-on involvement in projects and shadowing senior team members. - Engage with team members on multiple levels, from technical experts to senior leadership, gaining insights into the strategic role of data analytics and systems in business decisions. Qualifications - Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree. - Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. - Enjoy organizing and planning. - A solid understanding of Excel or Google Sheets. - Prior exposure to R, Python, SQL or other programming language a plus. - High attention to detail and problem solving. - Project Management interest.
