POSITION SUMMARY: - Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal departments, external partners, investors, physician practices, and C-level stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication - Provide comprehensive executive support to up to four executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation and submission of expense reports. - Respond confidently and professionally to internal and external inquiries, phone calls, and office visits, demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented approach. - Establish, maintain, and update files, reports, databases, and operational records while managing highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. - Support administrative operations including mail review and prioritization, supply requisition and purchasing coordination, vendor services oversight, and the ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior experience in administrative, executive support, or operations environments. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Workday) with strong organizational and documentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners. - High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Role Description The purpose of this role is to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and transaction-related activities. This position is designed for an experienced executive assistant with a strong foundation in corporate finance, M&A, and quantitative work, operating as a true extension of the CFO in a fast-paced, finance-driven environment.
