Job Details .Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. - Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including the identification and management of project risks and issues. - Coordinate and oversee the work of electrical subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. - Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. - Utilize Procore Construction Software to manage project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of electrical work and adherence to project specifications and safety standards. - Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that electrical work is completed in accordance with energy-efficient lighting retrofit requirements. - Manage the application and approval process for electrical permits. - Oversee the provision of marina electrical, commercial electrical, and industrial repair services. - Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical construction projects, including marina electrical, commercial electrical, and industrial repair projects. - Proficiency in the use of Procore Construction Software. - Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards. - Proven experience in managing project budgets and schedules. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with a diverse team. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Experience in managing energy-efficient lighting retrofit projects is a plus.
