Job Title: Data Entry Assistant About the Role Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Objectives - Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems. - Maintain the quality and integrity of data by performing regular checks and corrections. - Support team members by providing timely and reliable data assistance. - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Responsibilities - Enter data from various sources into the company’s database with a high degree of accuracy. - Verify and cross-check information to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval. - Collaborate with other departments to support data-related tasks and projects. - Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed. - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance. - Manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. - Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database software. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
