Job Description
Business Development Representative
Airrack
Role Description We need someone who can get us into places and situations that seem impossible. You’ll take an incredibly long list of contacts from our team and work cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach until you get multiple yeses. Think: convincing a cruise line to let us film on their ship, getting access to a location that doesn’t normally allow cameras, or locking down a vendor who’s never worked with a YouTube creator before. You’re the person who opens doors that nobody else can. What You’ll Do - Take contact lists built by our VAs and work through them via phone, email, and LinkedIn until you get yeses on locations, vendors, talent, and access. - Pitch Airrack and our video concepts to people who’ve never heard of us and get them excited to work with us. - Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close access deals for upcoming video concepts. - Work across multiple video concepts simultaneously, some of which are 3–6 months out. - Pass locked options and confirmed yeses to the Assistant Producer for production planning. - Track all outreach, follow-ups, and status in a shared system so nothing falls through the cracks. Qualifications - Experience as an SDR, BDR, ISA (Inside Sales Agent), or similar cold outreach role. - You’ve made 50+ calls in a day and it doesn’t faze you. - You’re great on the phone. You can talk to anyone, pitch anything, and handle rejection without losing momentum. - You follow up relentlessly. If someone doesn’t respond, you find another way in. - You want to work in content and entertainment. This is your way in. - Self-directed. You don’t need someone checking in on you every day to make sure the work is getting done. Bonus Points - You watch YouTube and understand why someone would want to be part of a video like this. - Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar outreach tools. Benefits - Work with an awesome group of talented, passionate people who actually enjoy what they do. - Instead of selling software to people who don’t want it, you’re getting us into the most insane locations and experiences on the planet. - Fully remote with flexible hours. We care about results, not when you’re online. - Room to grow into a full production role if that’s where you want to go. - Bonus incentives galore! The sky is the limit for your total compensation.
