• You ensure that new B2B customers (pest control companies) understand our SaaS solution smoothly and sustainably. • You plan, lead, and oversee technical customer implementations. • You regularly conduct onboarding meetings across Germany, visiting customers on-site. • You are the main point of contact throughout the entire onboarding phase: weekly syncs, status updates, journey mapping. • You identify blockers early and handle escalations proactively, solution-oriented, and with confidence. • You develop long-term customer relationships, support them through their journey, and grow together.
