Product Manager Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full Time Location: US - Remote Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 / year Description About the Role We’re seeking a highly execution-oriented Product Manager to help drive day-to-day product delivery across Receptive’s multiple digital health platforms: - ADHD Advisor - Pettable - Top Nutrition Coaching This role sits at the intersection of consumer technology, clinical care delivery and healthcare operations. You’ll own the tactical details that yield delightful products, supporting both patient and provider workflows while operating within regulatory and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and leadership to ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized and delivered with quality and speed. What You'll Do Product Execution & Delivery - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from discovery through release - Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements - Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation documentation - Ensure quality and compliant copy for websites & patient communications - Break down initiatives into actionable, well-scoped tickets - Manage and groom the backlog to ensure engineering always has prioritized, ready-to-build work - Hypothesize, configure and evaluate A/B tests for maximum customer value Operational Product Ownership - Identify gaps, friction points and operational inefficiencies within the product experience - Optimize member & provider care journey workflows - Partner with marketing and growth to support experimentation (A/B tests, landing pages, funnels) - Monitor product performance metrics and proactively surface improvement opportunities - Ensure features ship with proper analytics tracking for evaluation and iteration Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and engineering - Clarify ambiguity and drive decisions quickly - Balance competing priorities across multiple brands Customer & Market Awareness - Participate in user interviews or feedback synthesis - Help define roadmap and prioritization - Bring industry insight when relevant What We’re Looking For Core Experience - 4+ years experience in product management in a startup or high-growth environment - Experience in telehealth industry - Strong track record of shipping features and improvements consistently - Experience working directly with engineers in agile environments - Exceptional written communication and documentation skills - Comfort operating with dynamic process and high ownership Execution Strength - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Translates complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product plans - Breaks ambiguous healthcare problems into structured, executable workstreams - Comfortable managing multiple initiatives across different products - Outcomes are the heart of what you do - Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive environments - Experience working on consumer subscription products - Exposure to growth experimentation or conversion optimization Where You’ll Work & What You’ll Receive Receptive is a remote-first company. The target base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other business considerations. Full-time, US-based employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage with generous employer contributions (Receptive covers 100% of the premium for an employee’s coverage), a 401k with 4% employer match, monthly wellness stipend, annual L&D budget, flexible time off, company holidays, and paid parental leave.
