• Engage with clients every day: on the phone, in a videoconference, or from the stage at a Gartner event • Research technology, practices and trends to produce research for Gartner clients • Conduct research and analysis in specific areas of expertise targeting client’s key initiatives • Deliver high-quality actionable advice and strong positions through a variety of media • Write high-quality, clear, actionable, advisory research documents and reference architecture • Respond to client questions, create materials for clients via teleconference, video conference or webinar and event presentations • Maintain Gartner’s industry leadership reputation by responding to press inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ie. Computer Science or Engineering), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant field or industry experience, with 12 or more years in technical roles specific to Identity and Access Management
  • Strong communication skills, to include: written and verbal proficiency in English, public speaking acumen, and 1:1 client engagement
  • The ability to produce high-quality deliverables and consistently meet project milestones
  • Skilled at distilling complex concepts into concise advice, and successful at developing and defending research positions

Position Summary FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven, adaptable BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) in a fast-growing, technology - enabled environment. This role is critical to setting the clinical foundation for client success. The Remote BCBA - Initial Assessments is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations using telehealth and our proprietary video-capture technology, developing high-quality treatment plans, and ensuring clinical readiness prior to case assignment. This position requires strong clinical judgment, efficiency, comfort with innovation, and the ability to thrive in a startup culture where processes continue to evolve. Clinical Quality & Outcomes - Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation (live or video capture), and standardized assessment tools. - Utilize FronteraCare’s video-capture technology to review sessions, analyze behavior patterns, and inform treatment planning. - Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity. - Ensure all reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks. - Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams. - Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness. Clinical Quality Metrics: - Assessment report submission within 5 business days of final observation - 90%+ payer authorization approval rate - Less than 5% report revision rate due to quality concerns Leadership & Startup Mindset - Serve as the clinical gatekeeper for new cases entering the organization. - Provide clear case summaries and transition notes for assigned clinical teams. - Collaborate with Intake, Scheduling, and Clinical Leadership to ensure efficient onboarding timelines. - Provide feedback to leadership on system improvements, technology optimization, and workflow refinement. - Adapt quickly to evolving processes and contribute to building scalable systems. Leadership Metrics: - Assessment-to-assignment turnaround within 10 business days - 24-hour response time to internal communication - Participation in clinical calibration meetings and case reviews Ethical & Professional Conduct - Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts. - Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of video-capture data. - Practice within scope of competence and seek consultation when needed. - Ensure informed consent and caregiver understanding of assessment findings. - Maintain active BCBA certification and required CEUs. This position is on a hybrid working schedule with occasional required days in-office. Your Purpose will be: The person in this position will be responsible for all appraisal, title orders, and updates. Reviewing appraisal and title work to verify it meets regulations and prevents the Credit Union from risk. This person will be responsible for verifying all compliance with Appraisal and Title ordering. Will also oversee all tracking, follow-up, payment and Imaging of appraisal and title work is completed. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: We elevate our members' financial experience through best-in-class Service and Solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Process and manage all appraisal and title orders and status updates. - Examine appraisal upon receipt to resolve any deficiencies, follow up on any concerns and validate all rules and regulations are met. - Facilitate revisions to appraisal and assist with general appraisal related issues. - Perform Appraisal review and update appraisal fields in mortgage platform. - Process Appraisal through UCDP. - Examine Title to ensure all issues are identified and perform title review. - Follow-up with title companies and processors to resolve any concerns. - Complete Change of Circumstance documents needed based on Appraisal and title work. - Log and image all Appraisal, Title documents and reviews in mortgage lending platform. - Receive, post, and track all Appraisal and Title payments including handling any outstanding invoices. - Complete and respond to all Appraisal/Title emails and inquiries. - Assist with phone inquiries from departments and vendors. - Build good relationships with departments and vendors. - Other Duties as assigned. - Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied.
