Role Description This is a long-term contract role and can be an hourly or a monthly fixed-price contract. You will be working remotely with US-based team members and clients. We would want some flexibility with hours, so a typical day would end at 9 pm local time. - Maintain, update, and manage WordPress websites, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors. - Debug and maintain PHP code related to WordPress functionality. - Manage and maintain website infrastructure, including DNS and Cloudflare configurations. - Work with Git version control to manage code changes and deployments. - Support website hosting environments (e.g., WP Engine) and monitor site performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to implement website updates and improvements. - Perform basic frontend updates and enhancements (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Provide technical support and assist with web service desk–related requests when needed. - Support additional frontend development tasks. Qualifications - 1–2+ years of experience working with WordPress development or administration. - Development background with understanding of web technologies and architecture. - Strong experience debugging PHP and troubleshooting WordPress issues. - Experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites. - Experience using Git (e.g., Bitbucket, Github). - Experience with Cloudflare management and DNS configuration. - Familiarity with hosting platforms such as WP Engine or similar environments. - Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Ability to write/understand simple SQL queries. - Familiarity with containerization using Docker. Requirements - Experience with JavaScript-heavy frontend development (nice to have). - Previous service desk or technical support experience (nice to have). - More advanced frontend development experience (for senior candidates, nice to have). • Develop user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS • Integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and efficiency • Question UX decisions and ensure intuitive user flows • Maintain clean and reusable code structure

• Produce well designed, testable, efficient code using software development best practices. • Integrate with and utilize data from backend services and databases. • Build web applications using PHP on the backend and JavaScript (ES7+), HTML5, and CSS3 on the frontend. • Contribute to new product ideation and implementation as well as to feature development of existing products. • Collaborate with teammates by actively participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and offering constructive design feedback. • Become a subject matter expert on DomainTools’ customer facing products and services.

• Develop and Maintain Growth Functionality: Work on the registration and pricing pages, as well as the subscription and billing pages. Ensure that the onboarding process for users and the experiments conducted are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. • Focus on Product Enhancements for Business Impact: Proactively identify areas for technical and product enhancement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements. • Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with designers to discuss implementation details, gather requirements, and identify common components for the design system and UI kit. • Ensure Quality through Testing and Coordination: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability. Coordinate with the QA team to identify potential issues early, enhance testing processes, and deliver a high-quality product.
