• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring high retention and growth. • Understand customers’ business needs, goals, and KPIs to drive measurable value. • Lead onboarding sessions and act as a trusted advisor for long-term success. • Analyze key metrics, NPS surveys, and account health to anticipate risks and opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to secure renewals and drive expansion. • Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure AppFollow is effectively configured. • Share best practices to help customers maximize value. • Highlight customer successes by collaborating with Marketing on case studies.

• Develop and optimize the functionality of AppFollow product • Contribute to the system for automating user interaction with customer reviews (tagging, responding to reviews, reports generation, etc.) • Support systems for getting insights from customer data (ratings and reviews) • Contribute to AI-management technologies (semantic analysis, summarization etc.) • Support internal and public API to core data entities • Design, build, maintain and document an efficient, testable, reliable, secure and scalable codebase. • Contribute with other developers to design and improve the entire system architecture.  • Interaction with legacy services • Collaborating with the Platform team to deploy the application to various environments and ensure smooth operation, adopt accepted standards, practices and processes to the maintainable systems.

• Day-to-day team management including things like: - pipeline validation - forecast review - deal/pricing reviews - call listening - customer negotiations - 1-1 w/team members - etc. • Close cross-team collaboration with CX, Marketing & Growth teams • Leadership engagement: - annual / quarterly / monthly targets planning & reviews (internal QBRs & MBRs) - reporting & status updates - pricing & packaging strategizing • KPIs: - Forecasted / Closed-won / Closed-lost MRR - Team attainment - Pipeline CRs (SQLs / SALs)

• Conducting outbound prospecting activities to generate leads, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach • Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the sales team • Creating and implementing targeted outreach strategies to achieve sales goals • Collaborating with the sales team to develop new lead-generation tactics • Keeping track of lead data and updating our CRM system • Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and trends • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales development

• Shape and improve core product experiences (review management, Automation, and AI features that unlock new customer value). • Improve activation, onboarding, and billing flows, helping customers understand the product faster, reach value earlier, and get from sign-up to paid with less friction. • Drive design system adoption, with broader component coverage, faster iteration and fewer custom one-offs in production. • Build AI-based design workflows that reduce manual work, improve design/frontend consistency, bring PM-friendly realistic prototyping, and shorten the overall path from idea to production. • Take ownership of the design for product initiatives across the Core and Growth teams, from problem framing to release and post-release iterations. • Partner closely with PMs, EMs, Engineers, and QA to move fast, stay aligned, minimize handoff loss, and make sure design decisions survive implementation. • Make handoff clear and async-friendly through Loom videos, Jira specs, Figma annotations, and prototypes for more complex flows. • Evolve design system by building and refining components, defining patterns, and making sure teams use them consistently. • Support the Growth team by mapping funnels, identifying drop-offs, proposing improvements, and supporting experiments that move specific conversion rates. • Improve existing workflows for the Core team, identify new opportunities, and validate what's worth building by using customer feedback, product analytics, session reviews, competitor research and business context.

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, demo, evaluation, legal/procurement, and close • Build and manage pipeline via inbound leads, outbound collaboration with SDRs, and self-sourced efforts • Conduct structured discovery to uncover goals, pain points, workflows, and success criteria (reviews volume, response SLAs, sentiment, competitive gaps, reporting needs) • Deliver product demos focused on outcomes (review management, analytics, automation, workflow, team collaboration, reporting) • Develop business cases/ROI and internal champions to drive stakeholder alignment and budget approval • Manage deal strategy: timeline, mutual action plans, risk identification, negotiation, and next steps • Coordinate internal resources (Sales Leadership, Product, Professional Services, CS, Legal) to move deals forward efficiently • Forecast accurately and maintain CRM records (stages, next steps, close dates, deal notes) • Support handoff to Customer Success to ensure clean onboarding and expansion readiness • Provide market feedback on objections, competitive intel, and product gaps.
