• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations • Perform functional and regression tests across Salesforce and connected systems (e.g., billing, document generation, integrations) • Validate complex business processes across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, DocuSign, and related tools) • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and complete • Identify, log, and track defects; partner with developers through resolution and retesting • Support release management and deployment validation in sandbox and production environments • Build and maintain automated test coverage where appropriate • Improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards across the team • Participate in sprint ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

• Provide construction-phase support services for a weapons storage and maintenance facility • On-site quality assurance and compliance monitoring throughout the construction process • Plans & Specifications Review • Attend post-award conferences to align administrative policies and project requirements • Monitor the contractor’s quality control system to ensure timely and accurate submittals • Review daily Quality Control Reports (QCRs) and compare them to QA reports • Conduct site visits, inspections, and investigations; collect data and prepare detailed reports documenting findings • Maintain a daily diary and submit accurate daily reports within one working day • Maintain and update a deficiency list, ensuring corrective actions are taken and documented • Verify adequacy and calibration of test equipment and adherence to testing standards

• Quality Assurance & Auditing • Review and audit home health documentation, including: • Face-to-Face Encounter documentation • Plan of Care (485) • Authorizations • EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) • Validate accuracy of diagnoses and clinical documentation • Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare and billing standards • Perform peer QA reviews as part of internal quality checks • RCM & Billing Support • Support claims review and follow-up processes • Identify documentation gaps that may impact billing or reimbursement • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure clean claim submission • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with care operations and clinical teams (nurses, providers) • Communicate findings and discrepancies clearly • Provide actionable feedback to improve documentation quality • Reporting & Process Improvement • Track QA metrics such as: • Daily documentation review volume • QA scores • Compliance accuracy (RRS and other internal metrics) • Identify trends, errors, and process gaps • Recommend improvements to enhance QA processes and reduce errors
