• Oversee and help manage all iniBuilds community platforms (Discord, forums, testing groups) • Maintain a positive and respectful environment by moderating discussions and supporting community guidelines • Coordinate community testing programs, from gathering participants to collecting and reporting structured feedback • Act as the main bridge between the community and internal teams, ensuring key feedback is communicated effectively • Support product launches, updates, and events through community announcements, engagement initiatives, and Q&A sessions • Identify community trends, issues, and sentiment to help shape development priorities and communication strategies • Work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver accurate and engaging community updates

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing online communities, preferably within gaming or simulation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of Discord moderation tools, server management, and community engagement best practices
  • A collaborative mindset, with confidence in liaising between internal developers, testers, and customers
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and adapt to evolving situations

Role Description The Manager, Community Engagement role is a leadership role within the Community Engagement Department who leads and executes community-facing strategy and operations that advance study recruitment, partnership health, and equitable community outcomes, while coaching and managing front-line Community Engagement Partners (CEPs), Community Clinical Research Educators (CCREs), and supporting partnership pipeline management. How You'll Make An Impact: - Plan, operationalize and manage community engagement initiatives, from strategy through execution and evaluation. - Own metrics for engagement, pipeline velocity, and partner quality; partner with department leadership to translate outcomes into operational improvements. - Supervise, mentor, and operationally support a small cohort of CEPs or CCREs (typical span: 1–6 FTEs). - Set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and enable consistent execution across geographies. - Oversee staffing, materials, logistics and field operations to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality community events and screenings across multiple geographies. - Facilitate cross-functional communication with internal teams to avoid silos and misalignment. - Maintain accurate documentation of team resources, tools, and key operational procedures.
