• Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that deliver the most value to the ecosystem. • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members through various channels, including social media, forums, events, quarterly cadence calls and online platforms. • Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content that resonates with the community, sparks conversations, and encourages participation. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders. • Community Growth: Implement strategies to vet new insurtechs to the community and increase overall engagement. • Event Planning: Organize and manage online and offline events that bring the community together and foster a sense of belonging. • Community Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions. • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key community metrics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify trends.

Role Description The Manager, Community Engagement role is a leadership role within the Community Engagement Department who leads and executes community-facing strategy and operations that advance study recruitment, partnership health, and equitable community outcomes, while coaching and managing front-line Community Engagement Partners (CEPs), Community Clinical Research Educators (CCREs), and supporting partnership pipeline management. How You'll Make An Impact: - Plan, operationalize and manage community engagement initiatives, from strategy through execution and evaluation. - Own metrics for engagement, pipeline velocity, and partner quality; partner with department leadership to translate outcomes into operational improvements. - Supervise, mentor, and operationally support a small cohort of CEPs or CCREs (typical span: 1–6 FTEs). - Set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and enable consistent execution across geographies. - Oversee staffing, materials, logistics and field operations to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality community events and screenings across multiple geographies. - Facilitate cross-functional communication with internal teams to avoid silos and misalignment. - Maintain accurate documentation of team resources, tools, and key operational procedures.
