• Define the technical requirements necessary for the implementation and success of ERP projects and business applications. • Analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain processes (procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution). • Design technical solutions tailored to operational processes. • Participate in the deployment and configuration of the ERP at headquarters and in subsidiaries. • Customize and configure Supply Chain modules according to business needs. • Support production rollouts and international deployments. • Develop and maintain ERP functionalities related to Supply Chain operations. • Design and maintain integrations between the ERP and other applications (WMS, logistics tools, EDI, partner platforms, etc.). • Ensure the reliability and performance of data flows. • Analyze, test and maintain business processes and systems within the ERP. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Supply Chain operations. • Identify recurring root causes of incidents and propose long-term corrective solutions. • Write and maintain IT documentation (processes, procedures, architecture). • Produce reports on recurring technical issues. • Propose functional and technical improvements to optimize ERP usage in Supply Chain activities.

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications with a focus on performance and scalability. • Build and integrate secure, efficient RESTful APIs. • Implement intelligent solutions: automations, Python scripts, and AI integrations. • Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and best practices. • Identify and resolve issues autonomously, proposing improvements and new approaches.

• Conduct reverse engineering of current workflows and automations to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities. In addition to recognising issues or raising queries, provide implementation options and well-founded recommendations. • Design and build new automations across a full automation stack, including system integrations and workflow logic. • Support integration and implementation of design patterns to ensure scalable automation solutions. • Take full ownership of assigned automation workstreams, including build, testing, documentation, deployment, and handover with minimal oversight. • Interpret and communicate automation workflows clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Apply a business analyst style approach to day-to-day work (gathering requirements, documenting processes, validating workflows, clarifying outcomes). • Support the successful delivery of client automation projects by proactively facilitating progress and addressing challenges, ensuring that automations are only considered complete once exception handling, monitoring, documentation, and client-ready handover have been implemented. Develop reusable automation components, standardised recipes, integration patterns, and internal playbooks to enhance operational margins and scalability. • Produce client-ready workflow diagrams, SOPs, and handover notes suitable for operational support without senior involvement. • Work within Agile/Kanban environments and maintain workflow visibility through internal systems (e.g., Jira or similar tools). • Support medium-to-enterprise client engagements, including lift-and-shift and integration-focused workstreams.

• Develop and maintain aircraft systems using MSFS SDK XML and RPN logic • Implement and manage Behaviors, Templates, and Components within the MSFS framework • Edit, configure, and maintain MSFS CFG files • Tune aircraft systems, avionics, and interactions through CFG and XML integration • Create, structure, and maintain MSFS package sources (SimObjects, ModelBehaviors, Panels, etc.) • Ensure compatibility across MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024 projects • Debug, optimise, and refine existing systems for stability, realism, and performance • Follow MSFS SDK best practices to support future updates and modular development
