Account Executive

ASTRADYNE (Astral Dynamic Networks)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts • Identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations • Successfully guide leads through the sales process, overcome objections, and close deals

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in field sales within the professional skincare industry
  • Licensed Esthetician with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, ingredients, and industry trends.
  • CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence.
  • 75% travel required within the territory
