• Drive the development and launch of secure, compliant software products that transform our clients’ operations. • Define product roadmaps aligned to our prospects and client’s business needs. • Inspire and develop high-performing teams dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation. • Own executive relationships with key agency clients, system integrators, and stakeholders. • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8 individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to Enterprise Accounts. • Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities. • Engage with leadership within strategic Enterprise accounts as their executive sponsor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience building, delivering, and leading enterprise software product teams.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams or departments in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with government clients, partners, and attend industry events.
