• Lead and develop a sales team of 8 focused on Flavor and Ingredient solutions for the foodservice market. • Achieve annual sales targets by managing team measurements and driving strategic agreement on North America 2030 Strategy. • Partner and influence with culinary and flavor application teams to drive and convert project pipeline into revenue growth. • Oversee complex customers and projects from brainstorming through commercialization, collaborating with supply chain, operations, pricing, regulatory, quality, legal, and other internal partners. • Create and implement a comprehensive Foodservice Commercial Playbook to guide sales, applications, and marketing teams. • Represent brand and value proposition at major foodservice trade shows, industry events, and networking forums. • Develop sales territories, attracting and driving new business following a strategic territory plan.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Business Degree or equivalent direct experience
  • 10+ years experience with success leading sales within the foodservice channel —preferably flavor, ingredient, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with business growth within top 50 restaurant chains.
  • Expertise in product customization, menu development, and commercialization.
  • End-to-end project management skills—from concept to final product delivery.
  • Ability to travel (approx. 60%).
