• You'll be our first sales hire. • You'll sell, build the motion, and help define how we scale. • Own the full sales cycle for district and enterprise deals • Be further supported by SDR at user milestones • Convert pilots and early adopters into long-term contracts • Navigate public-sector procurement, budget cycles, and multi-stakeholder decisions • Help build the initial sales playbook, messaging, and demo flow • Partner closely with the CEO on strategy, pricing, and fundraising conversations • Opportunity for advancement into VP or Head of Growth role • Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the sales org — including hiring and training future AEs
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise or public-sector B2B sales
- A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfort selling without a mature playbook or sales ops function
- Familiarity with long sales cycles ($100k deals, 6-12 months)
- Ability to lead with ROI and translate product value into executive-level outcomes
- Strongly preferred: Experience selling SaaS to school districts or government entities
- EdTech, HealthTech, or compliance-driven software background
